The Palisair Home Owners Associaton (PHOA) is comprised of the 140 home owners in Tracts 15944, 15948, and 19890 in the City of Los Angeles, and is governed by its Tract Committee through an elected Board of Directors.
The primary purpose of the PHOA is to enforce the CC&Rs, and to keep members informed of ongoing important activities.
